Hot Air Balloon Festival 2015: a weekend where everything flies. ♡♡♡

Valentines 2015 - Hot Air Balloon Festival (Clark Freeport Zone) ♡
I really want to go to the Hot Air Balloon Festival held in Clark Freeport Zone during Valentines Day. So i've decided to plan for it, because as i remember when we're traveling to Subic, the bus stops at DAU BUS Terminal wherein there's a lot of people holding a mini hot air balloon souvenir they've got from the event and i am so jealous because i really love collecting souvenirs.
I read and check blogs about the event and list all the information that i've got on my diary. I saw some post that you need to come early because they are too many people and you need to bring umbrellas/bottled water because it's hot (It's an open field area). I also read some post that you can buy tickets on SM Branches Ticketnet for Php 320.00 because the line in the entrance is too long and crowded. So i immediately bought ticket at SM North Edsa,
Search a cheap hotel to check-in because we need to get to the event as early as we could. I've search on google and found the De Vera Hotel it is near SM Clark just walking distance. I told him all my plan A, plan B, plan C to make sure that everything goes well.
It's 8:30AM where we arrived at the Bus Terminal of DAU/Mabalacat City. We eat breakfast at the Jollibee. We ask for the tricycle driver where is the jeepney going to SM Clark, they said that it was traffic and you need to ride a tricycle worth Php 100.00. Since we don't know the way, we decided to ride the tricycle, luckily they know the De Vera Hotel. But i am so dissapointed because there was no traffic on the road and i am so pissed because we waste our money instead of riding a jeepney worth Php 8.00 each.
The hotel was clean but i don't like the color of their lighting, very pale. Seems like an old building, that scares me though. Our room was on 6th floor room 609 near the fire exit.The room was nice but too dark. I mean the color of the light is yellow and that's the only lighting. I really want a room near window or has a veranda because it gives light in the day. You can feel the beam of the sun. But since it is a cheap hotel we don't have to complain. I like the mirrors on every wall, it is a superior room, it is ideal room for daily, weekly, and monthly travelers that is generously proportioned to have a comfortable stay.

We sleep for 3hrs then went to SM Clark to walk and eat lunch. I think its already 3:00PM, and roam around the mall. There's a lot of people, kids, feeling adult (lol) holding flowers and balloons. We hate it how they play like a kid in the mall. SM Clark is just small but convenient.

After we had some little photo shoot at the car park, lol. We went back to our hotel. Change clothes and get the directions going to Marquee Mall. It was traffic going there, and we are so dissapointed because the mall is useless. I know it is an ayala mall but unfortunately, the mall is so boring. Specially the color of the mall it looks like old. The only thing that made us happy is the S&R New York Pizza Store. The line was too long so we decided not to buy, we just bought snacks at the hotel, water etc.
We walk around the mall to the garden and saw some live sessionista band performing in front of the crowd. Also, there was a place for Skateboarding and that is so cool. I wish i can do skateboarding. I think it was sponsored by DC Shoes. After going to the marquee mall. We went back to our hotel, and we're freaking tired. My feet hurts so bad and i just want to lay it on bed to take some rest.
Next day, february 15. Had a breakfast at Jollibee Forever. I ordered my favorite pancake sandwich. We find the jeepney bound to Clark Freeport Zone, but we were surprise with the line in front of us. Luckily, the couple approach us and ask if we are going to the hot air balloon, we said yes. We share at one tricycle for Php 150.00 75/couple. I thought the driver would take us on the entrance but it was traffic so we decided to walk. The entrance is far though, and we could see all the people in the fences waiting for the balloons to fly. The first one to fly is the beagle balloon and rest of the balloon. It was so awesome, we definitely enjoy the event even though we wasn't able to buy the mini balloon that i want 3years ago. huhu.

To tell you honestly, we had so much stress going in this place. The transportation is not well organized. I think they need to improve the terminals, jeepney signages, roads etc. Because it will make you stress. We argue just because of these things. Better make sure you have a private car before going in PAMPANGA but we enjoyed our trip, we learn from our experience so that if we're going to visit that place again we already know. The last one, we went to SM Pampanga, Skyranch, Robinsons. I don't recommend you to go there. Hahaha because it was so boring if you're adventurer, travel seeker, or you want to see something new. I'm not against the sight but i'm telling my point of view in my travel on that place and also my experience. Till next time.

I completely agree on it because when we see new york day trip i am sure going ahead for all this is what that is understandable in my opinion..
