Crystal Beach Resort: A surfing haven

03:45:00

Who doesn't love watching the sunset and your feet surrounded with grayish sand of Crystal beach resort. I know everybody loves going out of town with friends, families or love ones to relax and have fun at the beach. Play volleyball, go crashing the waves, sit along the beach and drink beer while having a conversation with your friends, bonfire and stargazing night.

It is located in San Narciso, Zambales. You can reach the resort via private and public transportation. 3-4 hours travel time from Manila (depends upon the traffic). The scenery that we've passed by the subic bay area is so stunning. The coves, trees and the sea. When we reach the resort we go directly to the front desk and ask my booking for tent camping. Good thing the resort is not crowded because it's weekdays. The staff guided us to our tent and help us carry our things. The sun is too hot that day, it burns my skin. I love how every corner of the resort is instagram worthy, you'll be welcome by the tall pine trees, bamboo along your way to the kampsite. There are some areas that needs to improve like the shower and the restroom near the kampsite 2 but overall the place is totally worth the visit.

WHERE TO STAY?
Tent Camping
- you can actually bring your own tent for Php 200.00 + Php 95.00 entrance fee + Php 250.00 consumable of food & drinks.
- or you can booked a tent accommodation in the resort for Php 500.00/each with pillows and mattress + Php 250.00 consumable of food & drinks.

WHAT TO DO?
Surfing - they have one hour surfing lesson for Php 400.00 it comes with instructor and rash guard but you can also rent a surf board only for Php 200.00/hr.
Swimming/Sun bathing - If you feel like you want to have some tan lines just lay down on the sand and feel the heat of the sun. You can also enjoy the waves crashing.
Kayaking - Php 200.00/hr
Beach Volleyball - Not sure if they have a ball to rent or you can bring your own.
Relax on their tiki huts and take some photos.
Watch the sunset and drink beer
(Take note that the prices in the resort store is a little bit expensive. For example, a bottle of San Mig Light cost Php 70.00/bottle. If your bringing alcohol there's a corkage fee.)
Go eat on their restaurant - The Php 250.00 voucher is consumable of food & drinks. The liempo is good and also the chicken teriyaki. But the service is too slow. A little bit pricey for the food. If you're in a budget and want to save money just ride a tricycle to SanVid it is a "kainan" along the highway that serves a budget friendly food.
